Artist's Comments
This is a portrait I was making of my mum (using a photo reference of when she was young of course!!!) then I got tired so the arm is not so finished but many people tell me it looks finished, so I guess it will stay so.
I made it with different grafite pencils, precisely: HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, and 8B (for the hair), on schoeller paper. She has both hands on the original drawing, but it's too large for my scanner ! Maybe I will manage to take a digital pic of it soon when the camera is repaired and post it too. |
